Find Hidden Apps

Some people don’t realize that you can remove apps from the home screen without actually deleting them. There is a way that you can see those apps even if they aren’t on the home screen. Think of it as if you were learning how to find secret apps on an iPhone.

One of the simplest tech solutions for your iPhone involves the search function. Keep swiping left until you bring up the search bar. Type in the app that you are looking for and it should populate quickly. You can access that app once again without having to make any changes to your home screen. It is a fast, simple solution that takes no more than a minute.

Make Your Phone a Recording Device

We have all been in a situation where we need to take notes but writing things down by hand or using the notes app becomes a bit too cumbersome. A simple but effective iPhone tip is to turn your phone into a recording device in no time.

All you need to do is open up the Voice Memos app and press that red Record button. Automatically, your phone will record the audio of what’s happening very much in the same way that a tape recorder would. When you’re finished, click the red recording button again. You will be required to title it and then save your memo accordingly.

Set Your Phone to Answer on its Own

There will come many times in life when you don’t quite have a hand free to grab the phone. Maybe you are a bit too far off to get to it before the ringing stops and the caller hangs up. Whatever the case may be, you can set your iPhone to automatically pick up the phone so that you never miss an important phone call.

Check out Settings and find the Accessibility option. Find “Touch” and select Call Audio Routing. Scroll down and find the Auto-Answer Calls option and toggle it into the on position. This feature activates incoming calls, allowing you to speak with the caller right then and there. Never miss out on a critical phone call again thanks to this helpful setting.

Sign Documents

Electronic signatures are now totally commonplace for things like new-hire forms, business contracts, and a litany of other documents. You can easily use the Mail app to sign documents quickly and easily. Just open the document from your Mail app to make this process smoother. You won’t be able to do this through any other means, so begin with the Mail app to save yourself a lot of hassle. Alternatively, if you’re looking for more customization options and control over your signatures, consider using an e-signature generator to create personalized signatures for your documents.

Tap the attached document and scroll through until you find the parts where text is needed. Tap on the lines and find the mark-up symbol when you reach the signature portion. You can choose any number of pen options and the screen will allow you to sign your name by simply tracing it out with your finger. When you’re all set, click done and the document will then place your signature precisely at the various points  to provide optimal convenience throughout.
