kimyas\u0131ndaki dengesizlikten&#8221; bahsediyor ama bu ger\u00e7ek bir \u015fey mi? Ve &#8220;do\u011fru denge&#8221; nedir? <\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken uygun dengenin ne oldu\u011funu ger\u00e7ekten nas\u0131l tan\u0131mlayabiliriz?<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fi sadece 1 saat uyuyabiliyor, 2 saat uyan\u0131yor, sonra 2 saat uyumay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yorsa ve bu sabaha kadar b\u00f6yle devam ediyorsa, bu uygun bir denge midir? \u0130\u015fte bu sonucu antipsikotik ve uyku ilac\u0131 kullan\u0131rken ald\u0131m.   <\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fru d\u00fczg\u00fcn uyuyamayan bir ki\u015fiye, do\u011fru d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmadan &#8220;depresyonunuz&#8221; i\u00e7in antidepresan haplar verilirse, bu do\u011fru bir iyile\u015ftirme yolu mudur? \u0130nsanlara bu ila\u00e7lar\u0131 verip v\u00fccutlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131maya ve titremeye ba\u015flamas\u0131na neden olmak do\u011fru mu? Benim i\u00e7in, ila\u00e7 listeme antidepresan eklemeye kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na karar verdiklerinde verdi\u011fim tepki buydu. Ta ki kendim i\u00e7in aya\u011fa kalk\u0131p klinikteki sa\u011fl\u0131k ekibine depresyonda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 ve bu haplar\u0131n v\u00fccudumda ac\u0131 hissetmeme neden oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyene kadar.     <\/p>\n<p>Bir ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 klini\u011finde 9 hafta boyunca ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m deneyim, baz\u0131 insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinmeme kesinlikle yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu. Ve insanlar\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu \u015feyin &#8220;beyin kimyas\u0131 dengesizli\u011fi&#8221; olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyorum. Ve kesinlikle kan testinde &#8220;Risperidon ya da Prozac seviyeniz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck&#8221; denmeyecektir.  <\/p>\n<p>Geleneksel t\u0131bbi ekipler do\u011fru d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapm\u0131yor ve bir ki\u015finin sert bir ruhsal duruma girmesine neden olabilecek \u00e7ok say\u0131da fakt\u00f6r\u00fc hen\u00fcz sorgulam\u0131yor. Hatta bunun ruhsal bir acil durum mu yoksa a\u00e7\u0131k bir patoloji mi oldu\u011funu sorgulam\u0131yorlar. <\/p>\n<p>Bir sorun oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri anda, geleneksel cevap &#8220;al bakal\u0131m, birka\u00e7 ila\u00e7 al ve kendini daha iyi hissedeceksin!&#8221;&#8230; &#8220;Oh ve e\u011fer uyuyam\u0131yorsan, i\u015fte sana uyku haplar\u0131&#8221;&#8230; &#8220;Oh, endi\u015felisin, i\u015fte sana anksiyolitikler&#8221; ve benzeri, semptomlar\u0131 \u00f6rtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ve temel nedeni bulmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmamak olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Uzmanlar&#8221; neden b\u00f6yle davran\u0131yor?<\/h3>\n<p>Ama hey, affedersiniz, \u00f6nce bir insan\u0131n t\u00fcm spektrumunu, bedenini, beynini ve ruhunu kontrol etmeniz ve ard\u0131ndan \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck dozda bir ilac\u0131n tedavinin t\u00fcm temeli olmasa da asgari bir destek olup olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde analiz etmeniz gerekmez mi?<\/p>\n<p>T\u0131p alan\u0131ndaki ego \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeylerini y\u00fckseltmeleri ve t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesinde kendilerine \u00f6\u011fretilenlerden daha fazlas\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilmeye ger\u00e7ekten a\u00e7\u0131k olmalar\u0131 gereken bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli k\u0131s\u0131md\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p>ABD&#8217;de kronik hastal\u0131k harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n neden artmas\u0131 bekleniyor?<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/chronic-disease\/data-research\/facts-stats\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(CDC<\/a>) E\u011fer &#8220;toplum olarak ilerliyorsak&#8221;, bu say\u0131n\u0131n artmak yerine azal\u0131yor olmas\u0131 gerekmez mi? Beyin iltihab\u0131na neden olan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalar, \u015feker, gl\u00fcten, g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddeleri veya baz\u0131 ya\u011flar m\u0131? Yoksa hangi g\u0131dalar\u0131n v\u00fccudunuzda iltihaplanmaya neden oldu\u011funu test ederek bulabilece\u011finiz baz\u0131 g\u0131da alerjileri mi?
