som g\u00f6r att de kan fatta beslut snabbt och med \u00f6vertygelse.  <\/p>\n<p>Denna typ av ledarskap \u00e4r vanligtvis mycket fokuserad p\u00e5 att uppn\u00e5 sina m\u00e5l, men detta kan ske
