imobiliare.<\/p>\n<p>Investi\u021biile str\u0103ine directe au crescut la nivel mondial \u00een ultimii ani, \u021b\u0103rile \u00een curs de dezvoltare devenind destina\u021bii din ce \u00een ce mai atractive pentru investi\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen 2019, Conferin\u021ba Na\u021biunilor Unite pentru Comer\u021b \u0219i Dezvoltare (UNCTAD) a raportat c\u0103 fluxurile de investi\u021bii str\u0103ine au atins 1.300 de miliarde de dolari, o cre\u0219tere de 5% fa\u021b\u0103 de anul precedent.<\/p>\n<p>China \u0219i Statele Unite au fost cei mai mari beneficiari ai investi\u021biilor
