rel=\"noopener\">Dr. Mark Hyman<\/a>, m\u00e9dico da medicina funcional, a <em>Tiroidite Hashimoto \u00e9 uma doen\u00e7a auto-imune onde o corpo ataca a gl\u00e2ndula tire\u00f3ide e diminui sua capacidade de criar horm\u00f4nios preciosos &#8211; ossos que impactam todas as c\u00e9lulas do corpo<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vale a pena mencionar que o problema de Hashimoto, n\u00e3o depende apenas da tire\u00f3ide, mas tamb\u00e9m do intestino e do sistema imunol\u00f3gico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E aqui \u00e9 onde o problema pode come\u00e7ar para algumas pessoas que acabam de ser diagnosticadas com Hipotireoidismo ou Hipertireoidismo.<\/p>\n<p>Descrever Hipotireoidismo versus Hashimoto \u00e9 realmente simples, principalmente o primeiro apresenta apenas baixa atividade tireoidiana, enquanto que em Hashimoto \u00e9 o sistema imunol\u00f3gico que est\u00e1 fora de controle.<\/p>\n<p>Mas o problema \u00e9 que na maioria dos casos o hipotireoidismo \u00e9 na verdade um Hashimoto n\u00e3o descoberto, mas como os m\u00e9dicos n\u00e3o testam anticorpos como o anticorpo peroxidase da tire\u00f3ide (TPO) e os autoanticorpos da <em>tiroglobulina<\/em> (TGAB), eles na verdade n\u00e3o percebem o problema que est\u00e1 por tr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, com certeza, qualquer m\u00e9dico convencional, ou at\u00e9 mesmo endocrinologistas podem lhe pedir para testar apenas T3, T4 e TSH e pronto.<\/p>\n<p>Seu TSH pode mostrar n\u00fameros acima da faixa alta e o m\u00e9dico lhe dir\u00e1, voc\u00ea \u00e9 Hipotir\u00f3ide, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 que tomar 100 mg de levothyroxina e isso o ajudar\u00e1 com seus sintomas, volte em 3 meses para testar novamente para ver se a dose est\u00e1 correta ou teremos que ajustar.<\/p>\n<p>Bem, deixe-me dizer-lhe, isso \u00e9 n\u00e3o passam pelas causas de raiz.<\/p>\n<p>E me senti t\u00e3o s\u00f3, sem nenhuma esperan\u00e7a depois de ter ido tantas vezes com o m\u00e9dico e ter visto que meu TSH estava em faixa normal.<\/p>\n<p>Encontrar eventualmente um m\u00e9dico de medicina funcional no M\u00e9xico ajudou a melhorar minha sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda n\u00e3o posso dizer que estou no meu melhor, mas certamente melhorei e estou trabalhando nisso.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, o que eu recomendo como Tratamento Hashimoto \u00e9 que voc\u00ea encontre suas sensa\u00e7\u00f5es alimentares e fa\u00e7a sua pr\u00f3pria dieta personalizada de Hashimoto.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00f3s somos diferentes, portanto voc\u00ea pode ter rea\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes a alimentos diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel tomar alguns Suplementos Hashimoto.  <\/p>\n<p>Meu m\u00e9dico me recomendou Throne Thyrocsin, que tem Vitamina C, E, B12, Iodo, Zinco, Sel\u00eanio, Cobre, L-Tirrosina e Aschwaganda.<\/p>\n<p>Basta ter cuidado onde voc\u00ea compra Aschwaganda, ela pode estar misturada com Rhodiola e Benzodiazepine, uma droga para dormir, j\u00e1 tive algumas experi\u00eancias incomuns que vou compartilhar em meu livro.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m estou tomando Thorne Methyl-Guard, que suporta a metila\u00e7\u00e3o para cora\u00e7\u00e3o, vasos sangu\u00edneos, c\u00e9rebro e ossos saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Entre alguns outros suplementos importantes est\u00e1 a Glutamina, que ajuda a regenerar o intestino.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a de tomar banhos de sol ou expor-se ao sol, e tamb\u00e9m tomar vitamina D, eu tamb\u00e9m tomo vitamina D\/K2 l\u00edquida da Thorne.  <\/p>\n<p>Estes s\u00e3o os que eu tomo, mas voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode tentar procurar os suplementos que melhor lhe conv\u00eam.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre qual dose de Levothyroxine e qual marca \u00e9 melhor, discuta isso com seu m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>No meu caso, a Levothyroxine me tornou muito mais ruim do que bom.<\/p>\n<p>Eu tentei o Eutorix e o Synthyroid e eles realmente n\u00e3o me ajudaram em nada, como mencionado, eles me trouxeram palpita\u00e7\u00f5es card\u00edacas, sono ruim e tremores.<\/p>\n<p>Fiz o teste para n\u00e3o tomar o comprimido de levothyroxine, e durante alguns meses eu estava me sentindo melhor e dormindo muito melhor, mas comecei a ter alguns problemas de
