le cas, m\u00eame si nous essayons de tout contr\u00f4ler, il y aura des choses qui finiront par changer.<\/p>\n<p>Et le changement est cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment important qui permet de relancer la croissance apr\u00e8s un cycle complet.<\/p>\n<p>Comme dans la vie et comme dans les entreprises, le changement est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour \u00eatre meilleur.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les entreprises familiales, j&rsquo;ai vu et v\u00e9cu diff\u00e9rents changements au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<p>Quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais enfant, l&rsquo;entreprise familiale \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de 5 entreprises diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>Mes parents avaient une entreprise de v\u00eatements, de chaussures, de voitures, d&rsquo;immobilier et de meubles.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement et malheureusement, alors que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais adolescent, j&rsquo;ai vu ce qu&rsquo;un divorce peut apporter \u00e0 un groupe d&rsquo;entreprises solide, et comment un divorce peut aussi le diviser en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, sans m\u00eame parler des effets \u00e9motionnels.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, il \u00e9tait encore difficile de savoir comment voir les changements qui s&rsquo;annon\u00e7aient.<\/p>\n<p>Et comment rester fort avec une entreprise de meubles malgr\u00e9 un facteur interne.<\/p>\n<p>Le changement \u00e9tait une chose in\u00e9vitable, mais n\u00e9cessaire pour se r\u00e9adapter afin de conserver une entreprise qui pouvait aider une m\u00e8re divorc\u00e9e \u00e0 soutenir financi\u00e8rement ses enfants. <\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 mon universit\u00e9 que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans un autre processus de changement de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Quand je suis revenu travailler dans l&rsquo;entreprise familiale, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait pour am\u00e9liorer les processus et y mettre de l&rsquo;ordre.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avions \u00e0 nouveau un deuxi\u00e8me magasin et nous avions am\u00e9lior\u00e9 le paiement des fournisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>Mais depuis que je suis parti pour mon exp\u00e9rience internationale, l&rsquo;entreprise apr\u00e8s 4 ans de cours a fini par avoir des difficult\u00e9s que maintenant apr\u00e8s un an que je suis de retour et malgr\u00e9 Covid, je peux voir que l&rsquo;entreprise se redresse.<\/p>\n<p>Je peux vraiment dire que cette entreprise de presque 40 ans a surv\u00e9cu aux r\u00e9cessions \u00e9conomiques, \u00e0 la d\u00e9valuation du peso mexicain, \u00e0 un divorce et maintenant \u00e0 Covid. <\/p>\n<p>Et je peux probablement dire que c&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la facilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er le changement et de s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 toutes les menaces externes et internes.<\/p>\n<p>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait pour continuer \u00e0 fonctionner ?<\/p>\n<p>Eh bien, je peux juste dire qu&rsquo;en tant que petite entreprise, cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un travail de r\u00e9sistance et de semis pendant les
