Conocida com\u00fanmente como la <strong data-start=\"177\" data-end=\"197\">vitamina del sol<\/strong>, desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en el mantenimiento de <strong data-start=\"239\" data-end=\"254\">la salud \u00f3sea<\/strong>, el apoyo al <strong data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"288\">sistema inmunitario<\/strong> y la regulaci\u00f3n de la absorci\u00f3n de <strong data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"334\">calcio<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"353\">f\u00f3sforo<\/strong>.
