Of course, we know that spending may not be necessary, but the urgency is becoming a mental process for people to get great deals that are offered by different companies worldwide. Being close to the holiday season like Thanksgiving day in the US with Black Friday or in Mexico the Buen Fin, it has already become a reason for families to begin planning expenses and have the idea that in this season is when there are better opportunities for their pockets.
Although there are only 4 months till November, businesses already planned what is their strategy for the best time of the year in terms of retail businesses. Companies that are better prepared for sales will be the winners, because although volatile economic situations have passed, the household consumption will remain. It might increase or reduce, depending on local economies, but what is true is that people have the chip to spend all of their money.
Facebook shows us, in its business infographic, some relevant data with the the habits and attitudes of 17 markets based on a study by Ipsos using data from the social network and Instagram. In the following business infographic you can see what were the results that showed a certain type of behavior as the percentage of video sharing, the time when they make more purchases, the odds of a purchase via smartphoneand where they conduct research of products before buying. Undoubtedly, companies have to make efforts to be aware of what is occurring in social networks in order to meet those information needs of the people.
